The client's family members are quite simple, two people with two cats, both working in the design field. They moved here many years ago for the stunning ocean view. Later, they bought another unit downstairs and decided to open up the two floors during the renovation work.

Unlike others, the space planning for this two floor condo is upside down; enter from the 2nd floor over a small bridge to public spaces such as living room, dining and kitchen. The private areas like master bedroom and work studio all hidden downstairs. The glowing book shelf that penetrates two floors has become the main focus for the space.
